Using this site

By accessing or using iOS Niche, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Browsing the public catalog is free. Creating an account and purchasing membership are optional paid services. iOS Niche is operated under the name iOS Niche; contact zskathyer@gmail.com.

Paid membership and charging

iOS Niche offers paid membership that unlocks member-only catalog access and related member features. Current list prices are USD 9.90 per month and USD 79.90 per year, shown on the account page at checkout. Prices may change for future periods; the price shown at checkout is the price you authorize for that order.

Membership is a recurring subscription unless you cancel. Payment is collected by our payment provider on behalf of iOS Niche. By completing checkout you authorize the charge for the selected plan and, for auto-renewing plans, subsequent renewal charges until you cancel.

Cancellation and refund policy

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through the payment provider’s customer portal or by emailing zskathyer@gmail.com from your account email. After cancellation, paid access generally continues until the end of the current paid period, and no further renewal will be charged.

Membership is a digital service. Except where required by applicable law, fees for a period that has already started are non-refundable once access has been granted. If a payment was duplicated in error, or we cannot provide the purchased access, we will refund the affected charge through the original payment method after verification.

Refund requests should be sent to zskathyer@gmail.com with your account email and order or payment reference. Approved refunds are processed by the payment provider and may take several business days to appear, depending on the payment method. A completed refund ends membership access for that order.

Acceptable use

You may browse public pages and, with a valid membership, use member features for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, share your account, scrape the service in a way that harms its operation, misrepresent iOS Niche, or use the site in violation of applicable law or the rights of others.

Account violations and enforcement

If you breach these Terms, we may, depending on the severity and after any notice required by law: warn you, suspend the account, limit or revoke membership access, refuse future registration, or permanently close the account. We may also preserve records needed to investigate abuse or comply with law.

Serious or repeated violations, fraud, payment disputes made in bad faith, or illegal use may result in immediate suspension. If we close an account for cause, unused prepaid time is not refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. You remain responsible for charges authorized before the account was closed.

Informational catalog content

Public and member catalog entries are for product research. Descriptions, status, pricing ideas, market notes, and links may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Verify important information with the developer, App Store listing, or another primary source before making a decision.

Intellectual property

The iOS Niche name, site design, original copy, and catalog arrangement belong to iOS Niche or its licensors unless stated otherwise. App names, logos, screenshots, trademarks, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners.

External links and payment provider

Links to third-party websites are for convenience. Checkout is completed on our payment provider’s pages. Your use of that provider is also subject to its terms. iOS Niche does not store full card details.

Availability and disclaimers

The site is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, iOS Niche is not liable for losses arising from reliance on catalog information, third-party services, interruptions, or unauthorized use, except for liability that cannot be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after the new date constitutes acceptance, except where law requires additional consent. Questions: zskathyer@gmail.com.
